1 | Website Discovery
Understand your business goals, target audience, and brand identity to lay the foundation for the website design. I'll provide you with a discovery questionnaire to gain a comprehensive understanding of your business, and we'll schedule a 1-hour kickoff workshop to delve deeper into your needs.
2 | Research & Planning
Research into competitors and other websites in your industry will be in this phase. We need to know what’s out there. I will then create a sitemap and foundations to outline the structure and layout of the website.
3 | Design & Reviews
Design and develop the visual elements of the website, including color scheme, typography, and imagery, to align with your brand and engage your audience. At this stage, we will also have design review sessions.
4 | Copy & integrations (optional)
Implement copy (you provide or I provide), start to implement add ons like e-commerce or scheduling.
5 | Test & Setup
Conduct thorough testing to identify any issues, ensuring the website functions as intended. Implement SEO foundations, domain setup, or transfer.
6 | Launch
Sit back, relax, and of course start promoting! You’ll also receive access to my Squarespace training videos and 30-day post-launch e-mail support.

Yes! If you are a service-based business, I highly recommend Squarespace and choosing to add e-commerce.

Nope. Semi-custom just means we start with page layout structure and we will further design and edit. The final outcome will uniquely be your brand.

Yes, once we have the week booked for your project a non-refundable deposit of $500 is needed.

You will need your photos, website copy, logo and brand colors ready. Also, when choosing a date to start ensure its a week that you will be readily available for design reviews.

We can complete the website with a placeholder copy so you can add the copy after or have your copywriter add copy afterwards.

We’re fans of a good collab. However, we have worked very hard to perfect our design process to deliver our websites at the timeline we promised. It is recommended we follow this process for our projects.
