If you’ve purchased your domain through Shopify and are unsure where to get a branded e-mail this is for you. Shopify does not sell or provide hosting for any e-mail service.
Your e-mail will be set up through Google Workspace. This means your e-mails will be stored and hosted on Google. You will be able to access your business e-mail through the Gmail website and app. There is a small monthly fee to use their service which is paid directly to them when you sign up for your e-mail. During the signup process, Google will need you to verify your domain to complete the sale. This is the part where we can support that connection.
