Terms of Service

Scope of Service
This setup includes only what’s described in the offer: product bundle setup, site-wide countdown timer announcement bar, product page countdown timer, and in-cart upsells. Any additional requests or changes beyond what’s listed are beyond scope and not included. Custom development and unique customizations are not included. 

Post-Launch Support
Support is provided throughout your active BFCM promotion period. After your promotion ends, any app-related questions or technical issues should be directed to the original app developer or their support team..

App Installation & Access
You’ll need to grant store access so we can install and configure the apps. We’ll only request app-level access and won’t have access to any other areas of your store. You can continue selling as usual while the setup is completed. In certain circumstances, you may be asked to support with the download of the app so we can continue with the installation.

App Fees & Third-Party Charges
Each app's pricing has been listed before installation on our BFCM setup landing page.
Create Next is not responsible for any app fees, subscription costs, or additional charges that occur from installing or using third-party apps. We are also not responsible if the app services change their fee at any given time without notice. All apps remain under your ownership and billing account.

Tutorial & Handover
You will be shown how to enable and disable the apps and make simple modifications.

Revisions & Support Window
The offer includes one round of minor edits (like text or color tweaks) within 3 business days of delivery. Any requests after that or outside the setup scope will be billed separately.

Performance & Responsibility
Create Next is not liable for issues caused by third-party app updates, compatibility changes, or store modifications made after setup. Specific sales results are not guaranteed. A version of your current store will be back up in case you want to revert to the current version pre-app install. Apps can be turned off and typically do not carry issues that impact store performance. 

Client Cooperation
Timely communication and access are required to complete the setup on schedule. Delays in providing access or feedback may extend delivery time.

Payment & Refunds
Full payment is required before work begins. Because this is a digital setup service, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has started.

Go-Live Support Add-On

The Go-Live Support add-on (for enabling or disabling apps such as countdown timers or promotions) will be completed at the closest available office hour before and after your scheduled promotion time. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
